* 'Express Post' is from the time we dispatch, not the time in which you ordered.
* Free Express shipping on orders $150+
* Shipment confirmation & tracking details will be emailed to you FYI when dispatched.
* No parcel signature req'd. Please mention in the comments area if your parcel should be left somewhere inparticular/authority to leave at front door.

Our 'Pre-Order' section showcases our best-sellers on repeat/backorder and the latest fashion on it's way to JC.. Here you can pre-order by making a normal purchase online to secure your style.
You will receive a notification when your pre-order arrives followed by shipment or pickup details. Our pre-orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, this will be noted on it's listing.
** Please note! - Other styles/fashion purchased in the same order as the pre-order will be held aside until the pre-order arrives as it has been calculated under the same shipping fee. Please place a separate order should you wish to receive those styles in stock immediately. Preorders being collected can be done so separately.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We understand that online shopping can sometimes result in receiving items that just aren't quite right.
We advise to always carefully unwrap new items and leave tags on whilst trying for the first time. Also ensure you are clean, tan and make-up free incase you need to return it.
- In the case your item is not right we are happy to exchange, credit you (12 mth validation) or refund.
- However, We do NOT offer a refund, on sale/clearance items.
- Should your item be faulty, please email us to discuss.
- Please contact us via email/returns request within 1 week of receiving your order. We have a 14 day returns policy in place as our stock turns over very quickly.
- Orders can be returned/exchanged instore. Please Note: We do NOT refund on items purchased in our Geelong store at the counter.
- Orders being posted must be sent back with respect and care of our product.
- Returned goods under-go a 'return check'; Unworn, no make-up/marks, tags intact, receipt enclosed & garment folded neatly.
- We, Jaggers Closet, have the right to object a return/refund if your item is not returned adequately.
- Refunds are processed back through our secure payment gateways.
- The customer is responsible for any/all additional postage fees on change of mind/returned goods. Extra shipping fees apply for exchanges also.
- Refunds can take up to 1 week to be processed and show on your account, depending on the banks.
- Refunds requested where purchase was made via Afterpay can be refunded by us in collab with Afterpay... Generally your payments will be decreased accordingly or refunded in full if your payments have concluded.
